Who this policy applies to
This policy describes how Aurenhold Studio handles information from visitors to this website, people who submit a project enquiry, and people who contact the studio through the channels listed on this site.
Who operates Aurenhold Studio
Aurenhold Studio is a founder-led digital presence studio based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia, operated by Peter Schliff. The studio designs and rebuilds business websites and provides related digital presence work.

Aurenhold may collect:

- email address
- phone number, if you choose to provide one
- business name, if provided
- current website URL, if provided
- service interest
- budget range
- timeline
- business type

How information is collected
Information is collected when you submit the Project Portal form, email or contact the studio, or browse the public website while analytics is active. Aurenhold does not buy personal information about visitors from third parties.
Why information is used
- to review project enquiries and respond with the clearest next step
- to assess which service pathway may fit
- to manage enquiries inside the studio admin console
- to send admin notifications about new enquiries, if configured
- to send optional confirmation emails to enquirers, if configured
- to improve site performance, structure, and conversion flow using analytics
- to protect against spam, abuse, and misuse of the site
- to maintain records of project-related communication
Aurenhold does not sell personal information, does not send private enquiry text into analytics, does not expose enquiries publicly, and does not use submitted details for unrelated marketing without clear permission.
Project enquiry data
When you submit the Project Portal form, the details are used to understand the project signal and respond with the clearest next step. This may include reviewing the current gap, service interest, business type, timeline, and desired outcome.
Enquiry records are stored in a managed database used by the studio. Access is restricted to authenticated studio operators. Enquiry records may include internal notes and follow-up status. Internal notes are private to the studio. Submitted project details are not forwarded to public analytics.
Analytics and measurement
Where configured, Aurenhold may use privacy-safe analytics such as Google Analytics 4 or Google Tag Manager to understand page views, section views, service interest, CTA clicks, form starts, and successful enquiry submissions.
Analytics is not sent names, email addresses, phone numbers, business names, enquiry text, admin notes, or private lead data. Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies depending on provider configuration. Analytics may be disabled entirely or gated behind a consent preference depending on site configuration and visitor choice.
Third-party services
Aurenhold uses a small set of third-party services to operate the studio:
- Supabase (managed Postgres) — secure storage of enquiry records, authentication for the admin console, and backend functions.
- Configured transactional email provider (e.g. Resend) — admin notification emails and optional enquiry confirmation emails, where configured.
- Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager — analytics and conversion measurement, where configured.
- Cloud edge hosting platform — website hosting and delivery.
- Google Fonts — web font delivery.
Each provider operates under its own terms and privacy practices.
How information is stored and protected
Enquiry data is stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level access rules so only authenticated studio operators can read project enquiries. The studio admin console is protected behind authentication and is not indexed by search engines.
How long information is kept
Aurenhold keeps project enquiry records only for as long as needed for enquiry management, business records, follow-up, and legitimate operational purposes, unless a longer period is required or permitted.
Access, correction, and privacy requests
You can contact Aurenhold to ask about personal information you have submitted, request correction, or ask for deletion where appropriate. Requests will be reviewed and handled as appropriate based on the information held, operational needs, and applicable obligations.
To make a privacy request, contact the studio contact form at /contact.
Overseas services and processors
Some service providers Aurenhold relies on (for example analytics, hosting, database, and email infrastructure) may process or store information outside Australia depending on their infrastructure and configuration.
Security limitations
No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Aurenhold aims to use reasonable technical and organisational measures — including access controls on the admin console, restricted database access rules, validation and spam protection on the enquiry form, and avoidance of personal data in analytics — to protect project enquiry information.
Children and minors
The site is intended for business and project enquiries, not for children to submit personal information.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the studio, its tools, or its obligations evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
Contact
For privacy questions, contact the studio contact form at /contact, or open the Project Portal and mark the enquiry as a privacy question.
