Does the recipient need an app?
No app is needed to open the card in a modern browser. Contact saving uses the options available on the recipient’s device.
Is a physical NFC card included?
Physical cards, printing, encoding and fulfilment are scoped separately. Compatibility and quantities are confirmed in your proposal before you order. A link and QR code provide alternative ways to open the card.
Can I update my details?
Yes. The update process and who manages it are agreed in your scope. Contact files saved earlier are a snapshot; the website link leads back to your current details.
Does it work without internet?
A first visit needs a connection. An offline version can be included after a successful first visit on supported browsers. Live enquiries and external booking links still need connectivity.
What does it cost?
Digital cards are quoted to your brief. The proposal separates design and build, hosting or domain costs, any physical products, and ongoing support.
Can you create review stands, menus or booking touchpoints?
Yes, these can be scoped through the Action Surface practice: a physical QR or NFC touchpoint linked to the appropriate online destination. The destination, hardware and ongoing ownership are confirmed before production.
